Work out is really getting tougher. Especially leg work out. I can feel the soreness the day after.
Today I did the last long distance training for half marathon. I did 18km in 2 hrs and 5mins. I will be glad if I can
a. finish half marathon without stopping for rest.
b. and in 2.5 hrs.
PCP work out has made me stronger not only physically but also mentally. I think I can endure 2.5hrs of pain without a problem!

my legs are sore day after workouts too! In fact, I think my whole body is constantly sore now. Sometimes I can't even tell where, I just know I kinda feel tired all over... It's a vicious cycle - just when you think you've about recovered, it comes around to target that muscle group again!
